Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Victoria never thought of herself as a dog lover. Growing up with cats, she was often scared of the bigger neighborhood dogs. That all changed when Izzie came along. She was the perfect mix of sweet and sass, and it was love at first kiss! Her passion and personal journey for caring & nurturing animals – especially those in need – has driven her to open her own charity in her beloved Izzie’s namesake.
Professionally, Victoria has 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Change Management. Outside of work, Victoria teaches Career Development at La Roche University, helping guide young adults to find their true passion.
She and her husband, George, are active in their charity work, supporting the arts, animal charities and homelessness, especially in Pittsburgh. They reside in the North Hills, with their spicy & spunky puppy, Teddy.
