Meet Ellie Annie, a sweet 4 year old beagle mix with the gentlest soul and the strongest heart.
After being diagnosed with a tumor on her front leg, surgery was needed when cancer was suspected. At the same time, her mom has been caring for her father who is battling stage 4 cancer. Despite everything, her focus never wavered making sure Ellie got the care she needed.
Recovery was tough at first with Ellie not wanting her meds, food, or water. But slowly she turned a corner and started feeling like herself again. Now she is back in her favorite spots, lifted onto the couch and chair to rest close to her rescue siblings who are so happy she’s home.
And the best news of all Ellie just received news she is cancer free!
