Harley is the protector to his two sisters, Swift and Echo. He is a joyful, goofy companion—one who never fails to bring laughter and light into everyday life. At nearly five years old, Harley is known for his unwavering loyalty and deep emotional intuition. He seems to know exactly when comfort is needed; offering cuddles during moments of illness or quiet support on difficult days. Friendly and endlessly playful, all Harley truly wants is to be close to his people and share in their happiness.
In September, Harley started exhibiting neurological symptoms including a head tilt, balance issues, slowed movement on one side of his face, and a small seizure. Veterinarians suspect Harley has vestibular syndrome, a condition that affects balance and equilibrium.
During an MRI, a mass was identified. During a spinal tap, inflammation was revealed within Harley’s spinal cord. These findings helped provide important clarity around his symptoms and guided the next steps in his care.
Through it all, Harley has shown remarkable resilience. He has experienced his share of ups and downs, but after coming off his medications, his symptoms have not returned. Today, Harley is thriving—happy, healthy, and enjoying life alongside his beloved siblings.
